When we talk about identity we refer to the conception, qualities, beliefs and expressions that makes us different from others. It is the concept we have of ourselves as a person. It defines how we see ourselves and our place in the world. However, sometimes it is possible that we are not entirely sure about who we really are and we feel we are going through an identity crisis. This may happen, given that identities changes over time depending on our surroundings, personality and life experiences. My professional support in this area aims at rising awareness on the complex and multifaceted nature of our identities and how they can be shaped in diverse ways; it also aims at facilitating the negotiation or re-construction of self-identities that feel more authentic to us.
