What you deny, submits you.
What you accept, transforms you.
Every bad feeling is potential energy towards a more right way of being, if you give it space to move towards its rightness.
There are no enemies inside. Every part of us is trying to save our lives.

Professional Counselling is a relation of help that provides a space for active listening and for reflection, where issues can be explored and own ability to make choices can be reinforced. This space facilitates a better knowledge of self through the acceptance of own emotive expressions and the development of personal resources. The ultimate aim is to foster individuals’ wellbeing and lessen their suffering.
My Counselling Practice
In accordance with the codes of ethics and practice of my professional associations BACP/AssoCounseling, my modality of practice is based on the values and principles of the humanistic- existential approach: develop the inherent tendency towards autonomy, empowerment, freedom, meaning, personal growth and responsibility, while focusing on client’s subjective experience. It is a modality that aims at raising awareness on the relations we have with others and with ourselves, including the relation between emotions, mind and body. I ground my interventions on individual clients’ needs with a view of facilitating self-understanding and self-exploration.
